The apartment, built in 2020, impresses with its ideal location and unobstructed view of the Dachstein. 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and 2 toilets, allow the apartment to be used in a variety of ways. The apartment is completely and modernly furnished in a country house style. Both rooms can also be used as an Office thanks to their small desks, making this holiday apartment also suitable as a long-distance workplace (longer-term rental possible on request). The two single beds in the second bedroom can be pushed together to form a double bed. Please let us know when you make your reservation. Highlights are the keyless access system, high-speed wireless internet and modern video and audio equipment and a storage room with ski boot heater. In summer, you can enjoy the sunset with a barbecue on the terrace with a Weber Pulse BBQ. The radiant heaters on the terrace make it possible to enjoy the panorama and the fresh air even on cooler evenings. In the kitchen you will find a Bora hob, a Thermomix of the latest generation (can be used free of charge) and crockery from Pampered Chef, offering the perfect cooking opportunity even for ambitious hobby cooks!

A bus stop 30 meters from the apartment allows you to travel without a car, or leave your car at the parking lot for your entire stay!
If you arrive by train, we can, if you wish, bring you safely to the neighborhood in our own minibus! Just let us know before you arrive.

The base station of the Mountain cable Car is approx. 500 m away. You don't need a car to get to the ski slope. It is only approx. 50m away after crossing a little-used road. The perfect location for ski in - ski out!
The next restaurant (Tauernalm) is 400m away.
The center of Rohrmoos (small Village) with a grocery store is 3 km away. Schladming is only 6 km away.

You can order your fresh Bread every day (will be charged extra).
There is an access system to the holiday apartment, which can be opened with the mobile phone, chip or security code. This enables easy access to the apartment for your fellow travelers without having to worry about a key.
There is also a lockable ski safe in front of the apartment, which can be used free of charge.
The equipment is very high quality, with Samsung televisions (including a soundbar in the living room) and modern Bora hob and rainforest shower by Hans Grohe in both bathrooms.
